Overview

Pro Line was engaged to supply a pressure-rated UV-CIPP liner for the trenchless rehabilitation of a 150-metre section of DN300 potable water main. The project involved the renewal of a buried pipeline serving a residential water supply zone, requiring full compliance with potable water standards and performance under pressure conditions.

The use of UV-CIPP technology allowed for efficient installation with minimal environmental disruption and reduced downtime for critical water infrastructure.

Scope of Supply

  • Supply of 150 metres of DN300 UV-CIPP liner, rated for potable water use
  • Pressure rating: 6 bar
  • Liner manufactured to meet structural, pressure, and hygiene requirements
  • Delivery in install-ready configuration with full QA and curing documentation
