Pro Line’s Felt Liner range offers a versatile and reliable CIPP solution for the trenchless rehabilitation of non-pressurised pipelines, including sewer and stormwater systems. Available in stitched 2D, stitched 3D, and seamless unstitched formats, these liners are engineered to accommodate a wide range of pipe profiles and installation conditions. Constructed using premium-quality felt, they deliver robust integrity, excellent adaptability, and proven long-term performance. Each liner is precision-manufactured and quality-controlled to ensure consistency, durability, and installation efficiency across every project.
With 2D, 3D stitched, and seamless unstitched options, the felt Liner range adapts to a wide variety of pipe shapes, diameters, and conditions—making it ideal for complex or irregular rehabilitation projects.
Engineered with premium felt materials and high-quality resins, the liners provide excellent mechanical strength and long-term structural stability, effectively restoring integrity to aging or damaged pipelines.
The seamless unstitched version reduces potential weak points and enhances flow characteristics, while the stitched variants offer flexibility and strength in navigating bends and junctions.
Designed for trenchless CIPP installation, the liners minimize surface disruption, reduce installation time, and lower overall rehabilitation costs—ensuring a fast, clean, and effective pipeline renewal process.

Cut Liner
Cut the appropriate liner (2D stitched, 3D stitched, or seamless unstitched) to the required length.
Resin Impregnation
1. Impregnate the felt liner with resin.
2. Ensure even saturation and remove air pockets using vacuum impregnation or a calibration roller system.
Inversion or Pull-In
Insert the resin-saturated liner into the host pipe:
1. Inversion Method: Use water or air pressure to invert the liner into place.
2. Pull-In Method: Use a winch to pull the liner through the pipe with a rope or cable.
Liner Inflation
Inflate the liner using an internal bladder or calibrationtube to press it against the pipe wall.
Curing
Initiate the curing process:
1. Hot Water or Steam Cure
2. Ambient cure
3. Led / UV Cure
Cooling
Once curing is complete, cool the liner by circulating cold water or air to solidify the resin.
Removal of bladd or tube
Deflate and carefully remove the bladder or calibration tube.
Trimming and Reinstatement
Trim any excess liner at the pipe ends.

What is a felt liner and how does it work?
A felt liner is a flexible, resin-saturated tube used in the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) process for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. Once inserted into the host pipe and cured (using hot water, steam, or UV depending on the system), it hardens to form a durable new pipe within the existing one—restoring structural integrity and flow without excavation.
What’s the difference between 2D stitched, 3D stitched, and seamless unstitched liners?
What types of pipes can your felt liners be used in?
Pro Line’s felt liners are suitable for rehabilitating a variety of non-pressurised pipelines, including sewer lines, stormwater drains, culverts, and other gravity-flow systems made of clay, concrete, cast iron, or PVC.
What curing methods are compatible with your felt liners?
Our felt liners are compatible with hot water, steam, and in some cases UV curing, depending on the liner type and resin system used. The method is selected based on the site conditions and project requirements.
Are your liners environmentally friendly?
Trenchless rehabilitation with our felt liners significantly reduces excavation, surface disruption, and waste generation compared to traditional pipe replacement. We also offer resin systems that comply with environmental standards for low emissions and long-term durability.
How long do felt liners last after installation?
When properly installed and cured, Pro Line’s felt liners can provide a service life of 50 years or more, offering a cost-effective and long-term solution for aging infrastructure.
