DN1750 Box Culvert

Overview

Pro Line was engaged to supply a custom-engineered UV-CIPP liner solution for the rehabilitation of four deteriorated box culvert sections. The culverts, located beneath a critical transport corridor, featured a non-circular profile (1.6m high x 1.5m wide), equivalent to DN1750. The total length rehabilitated exceeded 340 metres.

Scope of Supply

• UV-CIPP liner supply for 4 culvert sections:
  • 2 × 100m
  • 1 × 81m
  • 1 × 58m
• Custom-fabricated liners equivalent to DN1750
• 15mm wall thickness to meet structural and hydraulic requirements
• Liners designed for irregular geometry and heavy flow conditions
• Delivered with install-ready configurations and QA documentation

Outcome

All liners were supplied to specification and delivered in line with contractor installation milestones. The project highlighted Pro Line’s capability in supplying complex UV-CIPP solutions for non-standard shapes and long-distance culvert rehabilitation. The success of the installation sets a precedent for future relining of box culverts using UV technology.
