Dual DN1900 liners

Overview

Pro Line was commissioned to supply UV-cured CIPP liners for the structural rehabilitation of two DN1900 pipelines, each measuring 88 meters in length. This large-diameter application required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure successful delivery and installation.

Challenges & Solutions

Despite being a supply-only engagement, Pro Line provided technical input during the early planning phases. This included assisting the contractor with liner selection based on flow conditions, host pipe condition, and curing requirements. Close coordination ensured minimal downtime for the installation crews, with delivery batches aligned to site works.
