Overview

Pro Line was engaged as the exclusive supplier of UV-CIPP liners for the rehabilitation of 25 deteriorated culverts running beneath active rail lines. The project, commissioned by the asset owner, required supply of 25 UV liners ranging from DN600 to DN1600.

Scope of Supply

• Supply of UV-CIPP liners for 25 culverts
• Diameters: DN600, DN800, DN900, DN1050, DN1200, DN1500, DN1600
• Custom-fabricated liners to suit variable culvert lengths and access constraints
• Liners engineered for live-load environments and long-term hydraulic performance
• Batch deliveries coordinated with narrow rail possession windows

Outcome

All liner segments were delivered to specification, on time, and with full QA documentation. Pro Line’s experience in supplying large-diameter UV liners, combined with their understanding of the logistical complexities of working within rail corridors, ensured smooth delivery across all sites.
