Overview

Pro Line supplied a pressure-rated UV-CIPP liner system for the rehabilitation of a DN225 asbestos pipe rising main. The asset, operating under constant pressure and conveying untreated wastewater to a treatment facility, required a fully structural liner capable of withstanding surge pressures and corrosive conditions.

Pro Line worked closely with the contractor and end client to pre-calibrate and batch liners for staged installation. Liner segments were delivered to site in install-ready form, with Pro Line providing curing schedules and technical guidance to meet asset performance targets.

End seals hydraulically pressed within flange to ensure a watertight integrity

Scope of Supply

  • DN225 UV-CIPP liner, 5mm wall thickness
  • Pressure-rated design certified to withstand 6 bar internal pressure
  • Supplied in 100m segments for confined access installation
  • Full QA package including resin batch testing, pressure test protocol, and material compliance certifications

Outcome

The rehabilitation was completed with zero failures or pressure loss during post-install testing. The success of the project demonstrated Pro Line’s ability to support live sewer pressure mains, where conventional dig-and-replace was not viable due to depth and location constraints.
