DN600 Sewer Rising Main Rehabilitation

Overview

Pro Line collaborated with a delivery partner to successfully rehabilitate a severely deteriorated 1.5 km DN600 sewer rising. The project required a high-performance pressure-rated liner system capable of withstanding operational surges and aggressive wastewater environments. The works showcased Pro Line’s capability in delivering engineered UV-CIPP solutions for large-diameter, pressurised sewer assets.

Scope of Work

This project involved the rehabilitation of a critical section of pressurised sewer rising main, servicing a large urban catchment. Pro Line’s scope included material supply, design validation, and onsite technical support during installation.

Scope Included:

• Supplying 1.5 km of DN300 UV-CIPP liner, rated for operating pressure of 8 bar.
• Providing full liner design support, including structural wall thickness verification and resin selection in accordance with pressure pipeline requirements.
• Delivering onsite support including calibration, installation guidance, curing optimisation, and QA documentation.

Outcome

The rehabilitation of this DN600 sewer rising main was completed within a condensed timeframe and under strict operational constraints. Pro Line’s advanced pressure-rated UV-CIPP liner system, paired with expert technical support, enabled a safe, durable, and efficient trenchless solution for a critical wastewater asset.
