Overview

Pro Line, a global leader in UV-Cured-In-Place Pipe (UV-CIPP) relining technology, played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a DN500 pressure pipeline rehabilitation project. The asset, installed beneath a river at approximately 4 metres depth, required a precision-engineered liner system and on-site technical expertise to ensure curing success in a high-consequence environment.

Scope of Work & Technical Support

• Supply of 150 metres of DN500 UV-CIPP liner, engineered for internal pressure
• Provision of UV curing machine and curing profile configuration
• Deployment of Pro Line technicians to oversee installation and curing
• On-site technical training and QA support for contractor crews

Outcome

The DN500 pressure pipe was successfully rehabilitated with no environmental impact or curing deviation. Pro Line’s end-to-end support—from material supply to onsite execution—ensured a high-quality trenchless renewal that met both structural and operational performance benchmarks.
